Stun Mastery: multiplicative?

Nexon really wanted to make Buc formulas as complicated as possible <_<

So they do 75% chance of +300% damage per hit with max SE? wtp.

At least it makes up for their relatively low damage at bosses.

No it doesn't because bosses can't be stunned.
