Question Concerning Damage Cap for Kaisers and Lums

It seems people are telling me that they are doing over cap damage for some reason without any extra buffs or equipment. Is this a graphical glitch or really happening?

this can be explained. Luminous gets a buff at 200 that increases his damage cap by alot, and his ultimate at 170 also has a much higher damage cap.

Armageddon: Renders enemies immobile and deals damage.
(MP Cost: 1000, Max Enemies Hit: 15, Damage: 1000%, Immobile Duration: 20 seconds, Cooldown: 120 seconds, Max Damage: 9999999

Heroic Memories: Increases damage and max damage cap. (MP Cost: 100, Duration: 60 seconds, Damage: +10%, Max Damage: +50000, Cooldown: 120 seconds. Only applies to hero classes in party)

Kaiser has one ability that can go beyond the normal damage cap.

Ancestral Prominence: Causes an explosion that covers the entire screen in flames (MP Cost: 300, Enemies Hit: 15, Damage: 1000%, Number of Attacks: 8, Cooldown: 90 seconds, Max Damage: 9999999

so, it does in fact appear that these classes ignore the damage cap, but in reality, they just have a higher damage cap for their respective abilities.
