They won some sort of contest, I don't really know the details on it, but the photographer happened to be there and offered them a package deal as part of what they won. It's partly my sisters fault, though..it's not like she looked into any of the photographer's work, or met with her in person. I know for my best friend's wedding, me and her both met with the photographer at a Starbuck's and went over her type/style of work, as well as the packages she offered.
I mean, I can do color corrections, no big deal, but..a poor-quality photo isn't something I can fix.
