New Empress Cygnus is Impossible Hard

Aren't empress equips individual drop now?. So everyone in the party gets the equip if someone pick up it?.

I heard that an unspecified "some drops" from bosses are individual to each player. I don't know what that applies to, it might only be special stuff like that Flame of Rebirth or whatever, and not everything.

Doesnt mobs drops all equipment that are in their level range? So empress being hard shouldnt matter right?

Somehow I doubt that regular mobs will drop Empress gear.

I think that applies to regular gear, like 110-(Dragon and under) gear. I doubt they would destroy any purpose of doing bosses at all.

I've never heard of that change though, but it wouldn't be a bad change.
