How do you insert a URL and name it?
Use the [noparse]http://url[/noparse] tags. In the [noparse][url][/noparse] portion, enter = and then your website, so then it'll look like this:

[noparse][/url][/noparse]

Then, put the text you want to appear in between the two tags. The finished result should look like this:

[url=www.shawnjohnson.net]Shawn Johnson rules!

Who's Shawn Johnson?
