Wind booster + Fast(4) = ?

I have tested this with my lunchbox.
I did the same number of blasts with wind booster and without. But now i can use my blue screamer @ bosses and not feel slow

Oh that sucks. So attack cap is still there. But lunchbox + good attack shield > even perfect blue screamer with or without wind booster.
