I'm O+. So far, I've donated 8 times. First experience was definately the worst, because they screwed up and punctured my vein (allowed the needle to go through both sides of the vein) instead of just inserting the needle into the vein. After that it's been pretty smooth sailing. You can donate legally in Canada once every 56 days, so I try to go as often as possible.
