Perm-untradable, like Reverse/Timeless. The ring can't be SoK/PSok'd.

Tempest Shop is gone, but you can try to get one from Lux's(럭스Wink Shop at ch 1 FM Entrance for I believe 30 Stepping Stone Coins(징검다리 팡팡 코인Wink or whatever amount it costed in Tempest Shop. The only problem is, Lux's Shop randomizes per I'm not sure how long intervals. Either that, or you'd probably have to get one from FM.
