Telling you to check the site for updates is just their generic answer when they can't say or don't know dates.
I find it pretty easy to place Hayato and Kanna right after Tempest starting by February, considering KMS updates were pretty bleak a couple months after the finished updating Heilisium. People might rage if they delay Hyper Skills but I consider getting Hayato / Kanna in exchange as an excellent trade off.
