This video feels spoilery, so I've spoilered it and the translation. i.e. it feels like this is a rather important plot line, and I don't understand why it's a CM, but it is.

Catch: "Can you make the decision? To <verb> the one you're supposed to protect?"
Where the <verb> is left out, as is the syntax of Japanese in this sentence. The implication of this context would be something "bad" i.e. hurt/kill

Milla: "Please! It's fine!"
