@Angelique: Yeah! We missed like the 10 free gallant emblems, which might not sound a lot, but I want my RS equips or Blazing Sun recipes! The tax Frederick charged me for the days I left my stuff in his storage, the 6 days I lost out of 14 days of my Mushroom store. That's just my personal case, everyone has different issues or whatever that affected them and for what? "Unauthorized access". I emailed them and still no reply yet, but I'm definitely going to try a ticket later.
@Kubi: Yes, it might be true we might just be shouting at deaf ears, but it doesn't hurt to try at all except for spending a good 5 minutes just to write up and send the ticket/email, right? We can always add in how we might boycott their Karma Koins, even though it might sound ineffective compared to other customers, but every dollar counts to them, right?
