About BillingPP Bans

"Take it up with Billing Department"

This is a ticket my friend sent on Friday, and Nexon replied today.

Dear GM,
My account <Email> with main character <IGN> has been blocked for an unknown reason. When i try to log in, it says contact billingpp. This confuses me greatly because I have bought NX cards recently for NX purchases and have never filed any chargebacks with my paypal account. If it's possible to look into this issue, it would be greatly appreciated as to why i was wrongfully banned or if paypal chargebacked by itself without my knowledge. It is greatly distressing that my account is banned since I usually buy NX weekly for perm NX equips and the event cash shop sales.

After reviewing your other account, I am sorry to inform you that it appears to be an issue that I am unable to assist you with through the ticketing system.

Due to the unique restrictions placed on your other account, it appears to be an issue that involves our Billing Department, who can be contacted through their email address at billingpp@nexon.net.

If you have already sent an email to our Billing department, I ask that you please be patient until you are contacted by our account specialist.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
