I think i've read somewhere that really old tickets (that were never looked at before the new management change) were all tossed out to clear up clutter and address newer tickets.
I've never sent in a ticket that far back, but about 2 months ago I ticketed them about NX credit and they responded within the same month of ticket.
I'd wait at least a month, if they don't get back you should re-submit the ticket and mention your previous ticket as well.
can't even submit a ticket because Nexon blocked/banned a lot of ppl, including myself, for no reason last Friday and we therefore have no access even to the Nexon website. our only option is to email billingpp@nexon.net, which I did on Friday. some ppl are beginning to get a boilerplate response from nexon asking for a lot of personal information to "begin the unbanning process" and ofc not taking any blame for this glitch so that they don't have to compensate all the innocent players affected. i sent a second email to them yesterday when i'd still hadn't received a response.
adding insult to injury, not only did Nexon fail to follow through with the promised 48-hour extension as well as the 20-hour extension on cash shop items due to the lengthy patch/maintenance last week, they also felt it necessary to randomly ban us inexplicably. honestly don't know why i had any hope that Nexon would do the right thing and reinstate everyone held hostage for the last 5 days, offering fair compensation for this fiasco. at this point, i just want the nightmare to end.
