I really hope they won't be hard asses when they ask you for the characters on the account.
I listed all 15 IGNs of my characters on the account of main server that I play on. It was sort of annoying trying to remember and type them all of them, but not as hard as they are mine and see them every time I log in.
However, I have made other characters in other servers before. They are low level players and I've never played on them since I've created them. I didn't bother to list the character names of those as I don't remember them.
I don't agree with their 'Unauthorized access' as a reason for blocking players, but I do agree with your theory that the patch/SC and rollback has something to do with this and Nexon refuses to admit it to save their faces. Contrary to them, unless they show proof for their reason with the reply and unblocking in the e-mail, this will deepen the mistrust towards Nexon, or whatever is left of it. People will know of it if they haven't already.
