Who came up with the idea of the mobs spinning in the air?

Does each attack use up a certain amount of the soul gauge? And for Trinity do you have to hit the key 3 times?

This class is my new favorite class. Although the cyclone skill looks like the weakest thing ever, compared to the two seconds it would take to just double-hammer those mons. And contrary to the wall of numbers it generates.
