Exactly what I was thinking. Until there's some announcement saying "Nexon hired a large amount of people to supervise their games properly in game and in the customer service..." I will not rejoice.

Pretty much this. Who cares if they hired a couple execs? They need more "ground level" employees, not people at the top.

They seem more open about what's going on in the maintaince notes, I want to think that's part of this change and hope they keep it that way.

Nexon doesn't need more executives. Many of its employees already point out that it's a top heavy company. This is a classic example of a company with a vision but no way of getting it done.

Bringing someone with experience might be helpful, but to no avail if they don't allow him to exercise their ideas.
