Been spending too much time on these holiday achievements for steam, but I will be back to finishing up several of the projects I had started and left incomplete soon. Prioritizing spawn area population and infrastructure so that upon entry, people don't get attacked instantly by creepers and such. (This means that most of that forest towards the initial village will have to go, assuming that's OK with people.) Then trying to sector out some areas of the map for various purposes; granted it is still vanilla, but I'd like to think for the future.

Found a second nether ruins and laid torches in a path to them a while back. It will unfortunately have to work until we can restore the blaze spawners in the first one.

For my little understaning of the building, john build some "Arrays" or something of that nature, Obsidian blocks with Red Stone on top... Also did i also mentioned the big gapping hole from layer 60-70 to layer 10-20? That hole its pretty big, how much TnT did you use for it O.o

Awe, I was going to try and see the reaction once the hole was done to phase 1 at least. Anyway...

See that little house to the south of the hole? I was going to make it 16x bigger is all. Very glad that the staircase perimeter didn't break into your place though, had me concerned for a bit. After the staircase is make, feel free to modify it a bit to expand your own stuff if you'd like. Like a cylinder extension over some of the stairs for a deck or something if you want. For example, I won't be digging into that mountain in the top left since it looks too nice to have a sharp cut in it.

As for the TNT amount, including what I used for digging out my lake for my project (which I really need to finish seeing as I'm selling the game I'm trying to copy it from), I'm up to 13 thousand. Also, I'd prefer not go into details of how I'm using the TNT, since it could be re-engineered to grief. I am using OP powers though, so keep that in mind.

If it and other minor projects are bothering you all that much, I will stop though, and I don't mind being de-OPed if people are getting agitated over fairness and such. I had planned this to be a community home anyway, for people to dig out the walls and live in it on occasion as well. Along with the Mycellum PVP area I'm making, and hidden maze project (which will be altered on occasion with bedrock), and if such a mod ever comes out, I am working towards a few creative zones so that people don't keep throwing sprites in town and such, to keep the survival feel to it (not that I'm touching what's there). I already created a slime shaped nether gate to the relative area on the surface that will be, but a lot of work needs to be done to turn that into the proper zone. Here's a few things I was thinking of throwing in there for starters once it was done given the trend so far.

Nah im not the least bit concerned, and your project its pretty far from everyones homes from what im seeing, so i dont care anyway. Also my little "House" its provisional until i get the mood to do something out of it (Since the server its vainilla minecraft and im playing a heavily modded one myself, its pretty difficult to get motivation for it )

Soonish i will try to do the same in the server (But without the cool glass tunnel since the server doesnt have RP2 Covers, i also wish those worked with Connected Textures...)

The thought was, "I wonder if snowmen could act as sentries?"; and the answer was yes. Although the distance of the death hedge needs to be tweaked a bit, and lava/obsidian would be a better base than water/wood for the few that get past, and sometimes when instantly loading the area (ie going there through a nether gate) they can jump the fence; but it works fairly well at agro/killing surrounding mobs.

Anyway, on the aforementioned hole, I just finished one corner of the surrounding staircase to it.

Also, is anyone here familiar with tips and tricks to noteblocks? I managed to get the song put together for the main castle in a separate program, but am finding it difficult due to the type of space I am left with. I know I can dig down and put a few layers subterranean, but I'd still like to keep it as small as possible. It has two separate repeating parts along with an equal amount of unique content in between, and I'd like for it to be able to loop. Problem is; about 240 beats per cycle. EDIT: And it would be nice if it started and ended with the connection to my minecart tunnel and left based on the directions of entrance and exiting with a button there as well just for listening to it whenever.

Though annoying, I am making considerable progress on the castle again, with the added motivation of knowing I have to sell the game I'm basing it from soon. Although, I might just finish the interior of the remaining two rooms and one tower that come from the game and leave the exterior for some time in the future since I am getting busy again. EDIT: The duplication process is complete. The interior is finalized except for the music room, which I can finish along with the remaining exterior later. I must, and I mean this, must take a break from MC for a while to sort some things out. To Zelkova, this may be as much as a few months. If during that time, you choose to reset the server and start a new map, please, PLEASE save a copy of it first and PM me a link.

The server is now running Craftbukkit 1597. I will be adding a few mods here and there to make some things easier and funner.

If per chance you install IC2 i could move 24/7 to your server lol, its what i mostly play with lately.
