New Vampiric Touch

Does the cooldown of Vampiric Touch apply to everyone (includes the Demon Slayer himself) or just the party members?

If it applies to the Demon Slayer too, then COMBO DRAIN (and other draining skills) NID NERF!!!

Looking at it, I don't think it's worth putting 1 point into Vampiric Touch. I want a SP reset.

But.. Raven lowers DPS >:

Those aren't like arrow drain. Energy drain. NL drain. Chakra. Those are buffs.

The cooldown only starts when the healing exceeds 50% of HP right?

It starts when you heal. Anything. The 50% HP is just a limiter.

Mehh.. It doesn't even fit to be a 4th job skill now -_-

Vampiric Touch becomes the bastard child skill post nerf. Pretty much max everything else and leave VT to rot.
