Log off prizes

Has anyone been able to get these? I relogged and nothing in cs, its been 3days now and still nothing

I have only one acct that this happens on for w/e reason I cant get the prize no matter how often I relog/alt f4 for the prize

i got a viscous hammer on my wild hunter 2 days ago

first i logged off and relogged on to get th enote to check my cash shop. I couldnt find it.

th e day after i rechecked cash shop to magically find it in my inventory and not cash shop

These are supposed to happen randomly but you need to be at minimum 3 days away from MS. I still remember even when getting the log off prize pop up and force closing the client to try and redo the process but it didn't show up again until I tried at another time or day.

oh wtp i guess it doesn't appear in cs anymore thanks guys
