Duping/Hacking concerns in MTS?

This has to be the most profitable time I can see for hackers.

Not just for those who dupe but also for those who can still obtain the gm scrolls since some of the smegas
I see in scania for end game items are only accepting white or gm scrolls for payment.

Here's an example of a gm seller in mts:

For the past few days, I've noticed that while some are having difficulty selling their scrolls,
a few took the easier route of just lowering their prices.

Yesterday, I saw one character put up 3 pages of gm daggers,claw, and glove att scrolls for
22,000 NX each and all of them were gone in an hour.

He/she? put up the same amount 2 more times that day having the same result...

It's the same for 27 att VSS:

He already sold one page of the 27 atts and the last time I checked, there was 1 left.

During the last few exploits regarding chaos/ws, there was near immediate action from nexon once
it became public and hackers could only profit from mesos due to their ineligibility of being used in mts.

Do you see nexon doing anything in response to this in the near future now that they're profiting from NX on a wider scale.

Naive. No one is paying that amount of NX out of pocket. It's so easy to acquire NX nowadays because it's an easier maintained currency than meso. For example, 20b is like $200 which is ridiculous. Two years ago back when nx was $8 for 10k, mesos were at like $100=1.5b.

The only way to ever fix maple is to completely wipe and have maplers give receipts of what they paid for in NX. It'll be a move with a whole lot of consequences but that's the state of the game its in. In fact they would have to roll back as far as 2007 to make the game manageble again.

They removed gm scrolls from golden temple due to 'complaints' about their effect
on the economy but they were returned and the current way to get them is through means of illegal programming.

So either nexon is allowing hackers to thrive due to players purchasing NX in order to obtain
cheap gm scrolls/duped items or they really don't know what's going on in their mts
system.

You're talking about the people who left 100 starred items in the hands of hackers who flaunt them daily in the game. You think they're seriously going to go through the MTS and every inventory to look for items that shouldn't be there? I'm sure there's even 10% shoe attack scrolls still going around and we know for sure there weren't enough of those in circulation for those to still be in the game (let alone scroll 27 attack snow shoes), but they are. Doesn't matter if they're in game, Nexon won't go hunting for them even though they thought they got rid of them.

These arent duped mesos, theyre obtained by SELLING the arrows. Technically, theyre legitimate mesos.

You think they're seriously going to go through the MTS and every inventory to look for items that shouldn't be there? I'm sure there's even 10% shoe attack scrolls still going around and we know for sure there weren't enough of those in circulation for those to still be in the game (let alone scroll 27 attack snow shoes), but they are. Doesn't matter if they're in game, Nexon won't go hunting for them even though they thought they got rid of them.

I remember reports of players having the enchantment hacked equips being banned but they
have several of them spread out in different accounts so when nexon gets rid of one,
they still have the equips.

MTS however is different from the equips in game since all you need to do is just search "Violet Snowshoes"
or "Scroll for Gloves".

Meso exploits are less harmful to the game then NX; thanks to MTS and the currently godly Meso:NX ratio, 5k of NX is effectively buying 500+m mesos (seriously, last time I checked GM GFA sold for 300m mesos, but that guy sold them for 2,4k NX each). Meso exploits eventually get fixed and the game gets rollback'd when it starts to do real harm. NX is forever, and it's only going to get more valuable each potential tier Nexon adds to the game (Legendary Potential gets to GMS -> 5k NX = Max Meso)

Hackers can't dupe NX, so maplers idiots are still paying for it (they might have MTS'ed 10 ATT wgs for it, but the NX only exists after someone paid for it). If some hacker ever found a way to dupe NX, an alarm would set off at Nexon HQ and the game would instantly shut down for an USC

Seriously guys, help fix this game. Stop buying cubes and using the MTS (Maple Points are an exception). It also makes the game 25 times more changeling and fun.

Also, inb4 MTS tax increase.
