I blame Miracle Cubes. All it matters to Nexon is how many cubes (or wards) they are selling, income > fixing exploits.

If those damn cubes never existed (or at least as a NX item), the game would be much different now.

Yes. If the slate scroll doesn't mention the "X% to blow up" sentence, it doesn't blow up. It just fails like a normal scroll.

I understand, but I was always under the impression people dubbed the original "GM" scrolls as such, because they were only accessible through GMs, until Nexon was retarded and put them in as an obtainable item.
