They'll release an expiring one... but you all know how the game works.
Give it a year and no one will care about Pink Bean pets anymore, there's going to be a bigger boss and everyone will be wasting tons of money for that instead.

Vicious cycle I'm always amazed at how they can get people so worked up over something so... useless.
