newties slowly getting slow

lvl 95 and newties is slowly getting slow!!! Any suggestions? what %/h shuld i be getting?

Newties are the fastest thing you can do at your level. I don't know.

Well its not really slow, its just slowER since when i was like 85 or smething. What %/h shuld i be getting if im doing it right

That was a while ago for me, I barely remember the %/hour because I was watching tv during it to ease the monotony. I'd say like... 30% on 2x? As I said before, this was around 5 or so months ago so I'm probably wrong.

Also when I snipe and only kill the first newtie, sometimes i notice the spawn rate is awfully slow. And I know its affected by the spawns of the rest of the map, so how would i make the first newtie that i snipe constantly chain spawn. Like would releasing a few nest golems around the map help?

Making Nest Golems at the top of the map supposedly help the spawn there. If you can, get someone afk on the map so you can freeze and shoot both the newties without being attacked right when they spawn. Also, if you're sniping the first Newtie, you should still be able to Octopus it at the same time. Try that as well maybe, and Gaviota if you have it. Gav has no casting delay so it can help a bit more too.

This guide was very helpful to me, I'm pretty sure you already know of it but as it says, start freezing and killing both horizontally around ~94. I'm pretty sure you would just slow down the spawn by summoning golems to be honest, and it's almost never a chain spawn unfortunately.

thanks, how does this afk person thing work o.O why wouldnt they attack me right away when someones afk in the map. Is there a certain area they have to be afk at?

Newties are set to attack ASAP when someone is in their range. But if there's two people in the map, doesn't matter where the second one is, the AI has to determine which person to attack. So they have to pause for a second before they decide to attack you, since you're the one in range. Or at least that's how it was explained to me.

But in that extra second is enough to freeze the newts so that them attacking you isn't a problem! Also, I heard that Memory lane 1 was pretty decent training for outlaws around mid 80s, not sure to what extent the exp is better though.

Wow thats interesting, thanks for the info! and yeah memory lane 1 is decent, i tried it myself at 94. got about 20% an hour on 1x there. 96 now. Guess i should newties using that afk person thing, sounds pretty nice. Thanks!

Well this is the only good exp you'll be getting until you can 3 hit ko skellys. So grab your grinding balls and grind.

Well you could always buy leech and get a lot of exp F3

But yes 20% per hour isn't horrible. I was getting even less at your level on my ranger and i was VERY happy.
You could always go off on a tangent and randomly kill stuff for lower %/hour and then go back and be really happy

stick in there ^_^ all we had a few years ago for your lvl was zombies -_- they were sllllloowwwwww *cut* newties is prety much the best exp you can gain tho, your might be able to snag a little extra exp in some random parties like himes n junk

@Worthyness, KMS exp forumula doesnt allow leech. Plus i despise it! I like playing for my levels.

12x, it depends on your equips but most likely as soon as you get bsc to 4 hits (level 11) you'll 3 hit skeles. Generally you should be able to 2 hit them at 13x sometime (I think even in KMS without some of the stuff we have here you shouldn't have too much trouble achieving that)

theyre epic... no.. wait...theyres a few more than 3 words.... thikn theres 4 that makes a corsair great... cannon, boat, freeze, bishop >.> lol you can basically hook into a skpt for bottoming soon as you max cannon you should be able to 100% 3hko em and 2hko comes shortly after mayeb 135-140 depending on gear and ya... dont leave there for any reason sept to Zakum (i started Zakking when i had max cannon and bullseye and have lost on body exp like... 2-3 times total >.> were tanks with a class cannon>.> which becomes more of a diamond cannon the more you lvl and max battleship (ship died 2 times in a single zak run the other day i was all )
