Anyone buy the medal and see if it gets logged into the medal UI (even though it expires)

Aight, I specially went through twice today -- no coins at all. Is it that you have to finish the pumpkin/"Masqueration" quest before getting coin drops? Because I'm stuck on that. Can't find the durned things anywhere.

Are u refering to coins dropped from inside the event map? I had coins dropped from the zombies inside for me and I never bother with 'masqueration' quest. The drop rate for the coins are pretty low, so I recommend going in with spider familiar and/or during 2x.

They can be found in various maps around Maple, you have to attack them and they drop pumpkin pieces. I found one at Mushmom and maps in Magatia. They look like, well, pumpkins.

So i gather around 440 coins yesterday,

If you're able to play during the 2x drop event I suggest you go hunt them. Just go in & out of the 'boss' map and clear the zombie spawn. Both a buddy & I were hunting separately during the last drop event (plus a 2x drop card), we got over 200 coins each. Since I'm just a bishop, I'm sure the other classes can rake up some more.

Just one more event for me & I'm done!

Oh, good. After the first couple I saw (in the event map, actually) I never found another pumpkin again I went through eight circuits of the map just now, Big Spider on, and got three coins haha. That's some drop rate.

Wow I don't even???? If three coins per eight full circuits isn't an anomalous rate, that means >200 coins = FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY SIX full circuits of the map on normal drop????????? Even on 4x, 134 circuits is a lot @_@

I'm up to 166 coins, but only cause I played for 1.5 hours during the x2 event. Could have easily gotten 250+.

So has anyone bought or seen anyone with the medals and can confirm whether or not they show in your Collection?

I hope y'all appreciate this, Idgaf about my medal collection just trying to be helpful (also it adds 5 atk which is marginally ok)


The totals don't match because Adventurebound isn't in the medal ui.

There's been some exceptions.

Did that stay in the medal UI by any chance? I don't want to get the medals just to have them disappear from my collection in 30 days.

The medals cannot be reissued. I just bought both and even though they show up in your Collection, the box to reissue them is greyed out when you click on them.

Very repetitive, just this past event I got 353. Not sure how I managed to get more than I got yesterday since I was dcing so often from GM police. I've collected more than I needed.

Found a guy in Scania with a medal too, they popped up in his collection.

Depends on how much of a hurry you're in.
Event lasts 4 weeks, and you get about 20 coins from the daily quests (not counting Cassandra's "hold this for half an hour" repeatable one), so you could get the chair just by doing those quests for about 20 days.

But if you're in a hurry, yeah, 2x with Big Spider in the event map. The Zombie map is not instanced so prepare for crowding. I'm not sure about the boss map itself (you can enter it repeatedly).

I'm fairly certain it's instanced. I've entered shortly after someone else and never saw them inside -- unless people are going in then immediately exiting...

The boss map is instanced and it's what I used to farm the coins. I used Easter Egg x2 buffs to essentially farm on x4.
I got the chair last night, but lo and behold my DS wings block 95% of it lol.
Gonna work on the medals and equips later.
