Range formula for Angelic Buster?

Hello fellow Southperrians :p
I''ve been searching for formula in order to calculate Angelic Busters range. I found no definite results with a bit of Google search as well as Southperry. Heck, I couldnt even find soulshooter weapon multiplier :o
So, I'm wondering if anyone knows or has an estimated formula for it and are willing to share it.
Haha. Sorry if thread like this already existed, but I just couldnt find it

I think it's 1.9 * Attack * (4*DEX + STR) / 100

Unless it got changed or something.
