One Handed Axes

Is there a point to them at all? As far as I recall the only class that can "use them" would be Hero...but does Hero even get any bonus for using it due to the slower speed? Is there any benefit to them at all?

Demon Slayers use them. While most 1H Axes aren't as fast as 1H Swords, the VL and Empress ones are the same speed, so you could use those if you wanted.
