Can I reset ability points out of hp with the ap reset scroll from legend patch?
And if this is possible, will I lose hp from doing so?

No, it resets all AP except those in HP and MP.

So if I leech a char all the way to 120 with only int, will that mp stay?

I believe that the added MP from your INT stat will go away upon reset. But AP that you put into MP directly will not be retrieved and your MP will not change.

Didn't happen to me, but again, I didn't have very much INT to begin with.
