Just advice her to ignore it. What else should she do? It makes good blackmail but it sounds like he's a good guy.

You might think I'm joking, but at the same time, I hope she realizes that a lot of people do look at pornography. It's almost human-nature to do so, and some that will not tolerate it would be people that are of a religious background. Whatever weird sex videos or fetishes the guy might have, as long as he's a good employer and is a good guy 'all-around', I guess that's what matters, right?

Try telling her that ^, or find a better way of doing so. Because really, I can't see what you would be able to do at this point. You can either report the guy (which is sorta mean), but does he really deserve to be told on? You guys would have to choose.

I think she needs to open up a bit in her judgments. Porn and watchers aren't the only things she's going to judge in life. I think the best you can do is to gently make her understand that while she may like properly cooked food, eating underdone meat isn't exactly wrong. As long as the boss isn't trying anything funny anywhere she knows (she should be more aware of this by now), she should know for herself that she has no reason to get worked up over.

She needs to be clear. Sick as pineapple stuff= anything. If it's kiddie porn, she should report her boss. But without knowing if it's something "normal" or really really sick like kiddie porn you shouldn't advice her to do anything.

Everybody to their own. Let him be. She could possibly lay hints that she knows to him. But not blackmail (but itd probably end that way)

As disgusted as I was at first (my first impression was either CONFRONT HIM or TELL SOMEONE) I thought about it for a while and have to say that her only real choices are to live with it or quit. She was sticking her nose where it didn't belong and found something shocking, that doesn't give her the right to ruin his reputation or to even bring it up.

I agree with Ken. It's good blackmail, but considering he's a legit guy, it doesn't sound like she should bother using it as such. In the meantime, talk to her about it, and if she's really freaked out she could always go talk to a social worker/psychologist/etc. Humans are human; everyone has their own quirks, some more disturbing or random than others, and if she just recognizes that she may not be able to understand or approve of his behavior, it's not negatively impacting her or anyone else in his life, and thus isn't anything to worry about.
