Is it all downhill from here? (Blaze 80+)

So, I've been enjoying my exp/hr shooting up amazingly fast for the past 10 levels, but oh no, turns out I can't put 151 points into Flame Gear. So, have I reached my training peak in terms of exp/hr, or will my exp/hr continue to go up or stay steady as I max Strike and Amp? I'm talking about training at Himes single channel with a priest (I hate multi-channeling, don't ask me about it).
Also, what should I expect in terms of %/hr training with meteo at skeles at 110 3-hitting with a 12x bishop partner and/or solo?

Not sure on the rest, but for Meteoing at Skeles with a bishop, you should get pretty decent %/hr both solo and with the bishop. Id even go as far to say maybe 40%+ an hour in party not sure on solo tho.
