Int is worth more because it gives 1 m.att, 0.1 Mp, and 1 m.def per Int.

1 int does not equal 1 magic attack. 1 magic attack adds more damage than 1 Int, however.

Spell Damage:
MAX = ((Magic²/1000 + Magic)/30 + INT/200) * Spell Attack
MIN = ((Magic²/1000 + Magic * Mastery * 0.9)/30 + INT/200) * Spell Attack

1 Int is worth more than 1 magic attack because of that little pesky linear factor, though it really isn't much.

Int also makes you gain more MP on level ups and more Mdef.
