Can anyone who already has the Soaring Mount skill tell me if the permanent Dragonoir Mount from the anniversery coin shop is capable of flying? Some people tell me that only mounts bought with NX or from the Mount Gachapon can fly, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask here as well.

The Dragonoir mount cannot soar; it can only glide.
