Two simple questions

Because I'm dumb:

1. Does the additional pendant slot apply to all characters who share the same cash shop inventory? Or just the character that bought it?

2. When the secondary weapons were added, was it made so that characters who used shields could not equip a secondary weapon at the same time as a shield?

1. Only the character you purchase it on.
2. Either shield or secondary weapon. Not both.

For #2, keep in mind that when the secondary weapons were added, shields could get weapon potential.
