chaos fragments

While grinding for abyss recipes in ToT (Oblivion 3/4/5) I noticed that the Codex shows that Oblivion Guardian and Chief Oblivion Guardians drop chaos fragments. If you mouse over the description it states that the fragments drop only from lvl 180+ mobs... huh? Was the drop added to the wrong mob or is the description wrong and they really drop from lvl 160+?

The conclusion: Forget about it unless a botter spend a lot of time killing monsters on oblivion.....

It's very very rare, you should forget about it and just buy nx when nexon release the fragments via gachapon.
