Isn't the mirror supposed to tell you how many you've done of each but it got left out?

Somewhat related, Escape PQ only lets you do 7 instead of 10, right?

One day I managed to do 9, not sure how or why. But as I was nearing 7 the party lead was changed 3 times, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not.
