Okay what, I just noticed, I never ever wanted to download PangYa, but suddenly it is there, laying on my desktop.
I wonder, is this caused by a virus or a spyware?

It was probably one of those optional downloads that come with software, such as toolbars, and you might have forgotten to untick it or something.

Pangya uses a downloader which runs in the background to get the initial setup file through a torrent. Someone else must have run the downloader on your PC.
