Question on 4th job Blizzard quest

OK in order to get the blizzard skill you have to do the quest to gain a item called cold heart from the big white werewolf thingy don't know how to spell their name off the bat right now, but how long does it take to find that item its been two weeks every few hours i get a chance and it hasn't dropped has nexon gone epic fail on this or what? I still cant find the flipping item and I want my blizzard

it took me 4 hours...I spent 4 hours solo, my bf came and meteored and one dropped in 5 mins... They're horrible. Evillll but yes it does drop, the rate just sucks.

My IL friends have spent everywhere from 1 hour to 1 week trying to get it~ One of em did about 8 hours for 3 days of 4x drop and still didnt get it :X

I never heard of anyone having this problem, and it seems it's always been there so it kinda perplexes me. Well, at least it's not as bad as the Indecipherable Book.
