What would be the best approach to take right now

So as of current, I have 1030MA, and 835INT. lv.150 with 18 points and an ewand 7. My skill build is:

30 CL
18 Ifrit
13 Blizzard
5 ID
9 MW

So I wondering, what should I emphasize on placing points into? I believe if I max out blizzard right now (which would only cost me 400mp more per cast), I can probably 60-80% 1 hit jr. newties, but does that really increase training speed there?

If not, how should I go about with the points allocation?

If you can train with a person with lvl 19+ mw, then go bliz first, if not go bliz. And don't bother getting more than 15 bliz unless you max it cause lvl 30 and 15 have same mp cost.

Mw would speed up training a lot due to the huge boost it provides, much more effective than 2 lvls into bliz. [/COLOR]
