Slightly controversial I know, but, CP is a business, if you aren't paying for it or developing it, it shoudn't matter if you are downloading it. This is exactly the same as pirating software; it is hurting the business because if it is available for free, many will see no reason to pay for it.

Flonne, CP isn't a legitimate business. I'm looking through the records of business in the United States and none of them list themselves as "CP photographers". I can't speak internationally but I'm pretty sure they probably have the same records

A major argument against the continued growth and use of TOR was it being a boon to pedophiles, assassins, and so forth. If you want anarchy, you have to prepare to eliminate its worst barnacles, or else society at large will reject it.

This makes TOR more palatable to people who are pro-anonymity but anti-things-everyone-hates.

Assassins are kinda cool though.
