Channels don't appear when logging in

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
The game starts normally after logging in to the website, but when it arrives at the Choose your World screen it doesn't show the options.

The bizarre thing is that it doesn't happen all the time, I've been able to play the game some times here.

Has happened to me rarely using Gamelauncher. I always put it down to latency though, and restarting the client has always fixed it.

It has been happening consistently to me, to the point I spend hours trying to play the game.

[COLOR="#000000"]I use GameLauncher and I never seen this happen.
Try resting the computer, sometimes when MS is giving me weird issues I just turn off/on my computer and it fixes things.

Also there is another method to log in from that point.
Just click "View All Characters"
Con side about that is random channel, so I don't recommend logging off in FM since you can log in in CH1 FM. [/COLOR]

GameLauncher gives a weird message when I tried it, clicking "View All Characters" just makes the client close.
