RAM bus
#21
Just on a side note, will I have to take the Bus into consideration when I get a new HDD?

XTOTHEL Wrote:Just to verify, I would get CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php . Install it, run it, under the "Memory" tab, make sure it says 5 for CL, tRCD, tRP and 12 for tRAS
Nope.

No. Not your RAM FSB.

I'd recommend the Western Digital Caviar Green drives if it is for storage, 1TB ~ $90.

Thanks for your help, I'll consider the 1TB drive if my budget allows.

Humm. I'll check the compatibility of that drive with HD Loader. Hopefully it works, that's a great price.
The 800GB one is only $65. :>
