i read on a forum that lukless flame wizard is good for leech.

is this true?

No, they're not at all

Not really. I doubt a Flame Wiz could 1 hit skeles or newts, and you'd need a HS mule too. Only thing we can do better is CG leech, which sounds ridiculous anyways.
