Xenon - 4th Job
#21
By the way, Surplus Supply recharges 1 Surplus Energy every four seconds. 1 Surplus Energy provides your Xenon with 1% to all abilities.
My Surplus Energy can go up to 20. That is 20% allstats.

In short... dat damage formula...

I'm already seeing a good Phantom nerfing for this class later.

Does it change per advancement?

You get Surplus Supply when you're second job starting with 10. 15 in third job and 20 in fourth job.

Yeah but 20% is still A LOT right from the onset. Think of it as MW40 arriving at level 100...

I'm expecting a Phantom-level nerf for this guy too... in 1 month's time. In that meantime, guys start stocking up your +all EQ, and grind like no tomorrow while it's not nerfed.

Bet one of the hyperskills will be to ignore surplus energy on skills for like 60 seconds with a 120 sec cooldown
