+minimum critical damage

1) Do the boosts stack? (Say, from crit ring and one of those DrPQ equips)
2) What happens if you surpass the maximum crit damage? Would they swap or would the minimum simply cap?

min crit dmg can not surpass max crit dmg

So it caps at 149% then is what you're saying? (provided no boost to max crit damage)

If I'm not mistaken it's 150% (assuming no other boosts)
