New classes as mules?
#1
I have no intention of making either Cannoneer, Mercedes, or Demon Slayer as a "main", but I am wondering about their usefulness as mules. Can anyone give a concise listing of their

- link skills
- party skills
- inventory space

specifically:
What level can they get the skill? What level can they max it? What are the stats/effects?

Also, if KMS had events of the form "level to <level> within <time limit> and get <equip> that can be traded in the account (once?)", what were their parameters?

TIA for any info.

Link skills can be linked at 70 still I believe, inventory is a beginner skill for cannoneers so right away, party skills not certain.

Each of them only possess one link skill.

Cannon Shooter: All Stats +15, +5% HP/MP
Mercedes: Warp to the Mercedes Town (30 minute cooldown, it's by Ellinia) and +10% Bonus Experience
Demon Slayer: +10% Boss Damage

Each of them possesses their skill from creation, and upon getting them to level 70, you can share the skill with one other character on the same account, which you can change once per day. You can have all the skills on the one character.

Cannon Shooters get extra inventory slots by means of a beginner skill, I think it's an extra 8 for the first job advancement, and then another 8 for the second job advancement.

I dunno much about Demon Slayers, they have party drain I think, but the Mercedes class has no party skills and Cannon Shooters have their Monkey Magic skills, which give All Stats, HP, MP, ATK and MATK, which they get in 2nd Job, and then an upgraded version in 4th Job.

Getting one of them to level 50 will get you the Legend Ring, the first freely account shareable item obtainable in a while, you must level it up to get it to All Stats +4, ATK/MATK +3.

There's also a Legend version of the Gratias ring with a scaling level requirement. This ring is account shareable once, and gives All Stats +3, ATK/MATK +3, and has effects depending on your level, don't remember which levels, sorry, which include an extra All Stats +3, for a total of 6, and 5% crit rate.

Hmm, I must have missed the whole Link Skill system. I was planning on making all three to 70 for events, I suppose this is just another reason to do so.

+10% boss damage, I must have missed that. Will have to make a DS when they're released then, even though I wasn't initially planning to. Stackable I'm assuming?

Looks like I'll be buying more character slots then!
Cannon Shooter's extra space is going to work wonders for my ore and plate collection.

According to Spadow in another thread, kMS got 2 character slots from these legend hot times/events.

i want a demon slayer main
if i level two demon slayers to 70
can i stack the link skill from the second one to the first one?

and if they do stack

12 slots per account right?
what would be better
cyg@120 = 24att/30att post patch
10 cannon shooters for +150 all stats and +50% hp
10 demon slayers for +100% boss
10 mercedes for 2x exp (lol)

all linked to a main

because if you can link more than once
this has potential for being completely broken haha

it isnt entirely clear to me if link skills end up being on 2 characters (provider & receiver) once youre allowed to share. do both your skill mule and your main/whatever get the skill at the same time or only one and you have to switch?

It's 12 slots if I'm not wrong, pretty sure I have 1 extra page of inventory slots on my Cannon Shooter.

From Max's Blog:
HighOnMushrooms Wrote:Expert of Inventory: Increase the amount of slots in equip, use, etc, and set-up.
At max level (2), gives 24 extra slots.

So if it only gets 2 points in it, I'd assume you are correct that each point adds +12 slots. Points are from the job advancements of course.
