Then who the hell said that epic items always come with epic potential in the legend era? I thought it was orange mushroom.

You can buy Legend versions of equips from 80~110 from the Legend Shop for 20~50 coins, depending on level. They're statless and come with higher base stats than their regular counterparts.

Well, there's a lot of ways to get them, off the top of my head

You get 1 for logging in every day on your character, 2 if you're a Cannon Shooter, Mercedes, or Demon Slayer
You can do the attendence event quest with the buff, like Knights of Virtue, up to 4 times a day for one coin each time
Leveling, I think, also gets you coins, leveling your professions definitely does
Hot Times during Legend give 20 coins.
They're pretty easy to get.

Nope, just for the duration of Legend, which was 2 or 3 months in kMS, and it might be less if they just do the "Let's put everything in one patch!" thing here.
