Dirty treasure map.

For the pirate quest string to get the hat, what do you do when you've found out what's on the treasure map? It's a picture of a seagull like the one at the gate of nautilus port but i can't find anything there.

At the gate of Nautilus Port, go to the bird on the right, and hit it like a box. Then the two items should pop out.

Nothing is happening...

You did start the quest for it, right? (Either that, or Nexon f'ucked up this quest series too.)
