Available space on the Drive

I am still having problems now but this time it has to do with space. The total space on the C drive is 37 GB but atm it states I only have 3.88 GB available. However, I am unable to remove any programs to create space so what can I do. Btw we recently had to system restore by reinstalling XP due to a virus.

If you're reinstalling an OS (IE: Windows XP) be sure to DELETE the partition and install the OS on the Unused Partition.

Just talked to my dad, he did the system restore, and said that is what he did and i ultimately figured out how to create available space.
