Did Nexon mess yet another quest up? I'm up to the part of the quest where i need to talk to Reef. I've found the map he/it's supposed to be in, yet i haven't found any npc or monster in there.

I'd just like to know if there's something i need to do or if i should just give up. Thanks for any help.

I cced through most channels and the only thing I found was maplers camping at Reef's map hoping to run into him one day...

They didn't mess up.
If you look through Isaac's guide on area bosses and where to find them, you can read that this guy only pops up at specific times=O
I dont remember the times, so just look it up in Isaac's thread

It says 5pm to 7am the following day.
The server time follows PST. That means that it should be there now, yet it's not.

The NPC somehow doesn't spawn, or they screwed up the spawn time to not match the quest description.

Same problem here... I've been there several times between 5pm and 7am PST and no npc. even tried a few minutes ago (8am PST) and nothing. I think it's glitched.

Isaac and I were talking about this on vent yesterday. We believe it's broken since he, Felix, myself, and many others have repeatedly checked both during the normal hours and during the off hours (especially 5am-7pm, in case they mixed up AM/PM), and still nothing.

I just did a time conversion, and he would start appearing around 1 AM PST.

This would end up overlapping with the 5 AM - 7 PM checks though, wouldn't it?

It's 5 PM to 7 AM

I stayed in the map, the whole day, and it never spawned. Good waste of a whole day of collecting monster cards. F3
