Hmmm seems like it's a good idea to party a lot of people to complete those quests, since you have to kill about 12x 999 mobs with more then 80k HP and party kills also count as quest kills!

Yep, as long a bishop has access to that specific map, or if you have a friend thats in that map you can go there.
I tested it by sending Jake (Hes only lv 84) into the first Oblivion Map, and that worked perfectly.

pretty sure you can use teleport rocks, not sure about door.. I've used warp from the family system to get far into time temple before, and it should have the same requirements as a teleport rock.

OMG *_* I can't wait to do all these quests solo! So much exp! They're gonna keep me busy for awhile. Awesome! I really hope we get Time Temple this year.
