Coffee - VladTheLvr - 2009-03-28

My parents have gotten tired of the way I wake up in the morning so slowly, unlike them who drink espressos every single morning. Anyways I want to know how South Perrians like their coffee and if you use any special mix of spices/coffee beans to get good quality coffee. My parents have suggested I drink their coffee (Maxwell's Instant) but I think that tastes like poop, literally. I have tasted coffee before, but I don't like iced or espresso, since iced doesn't taste good with real breakfast and espresso runs out quickly and you dont get to enjoy the flavor. I like columbian coffee (non-instant) with cream and sweet spices such as vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, or hints of a nutty flavor (no sugar). I also think that Star Bucks coffee is overrated. I want to see what you people like and if you have any special mixes or recepies you would like to share that doesnt taste like crap. >.>

I want to try drinking coffee daily since its suppossedly good for your health if you drink once a day.

The best coffee ever is the Brazilian coffee. Nuff said.

Large double doubled.

Starbucks blows.

Coffee - Nikkey - 2009-03-28

Double Irish Coffee, if anything. But I don't really drink coffee.

I like coffee energy drink things that you always see at gas stations.
The taste isn't that great, but it has a fucking amazing amount of caffeine in it if you buy the right kind.

I just drink cappuccino or mocha. Yes, I'm a pansy.

I don't like the bitterness of coffee.

Im not looking for a caffeine rush, I am looking for something that tastes good. Also; I agree with RobMdza, Brazilian coffee tastes good although a bit hard to find in local stores >.>

Uh... in Michigan you can find Brazilian coffee in every single grocery store. :f6:

You obviously either live in a town with one store, or do not know how to navigate a grocery store.

Coffee - Kevo - 2009-03-28

Every morning, I go to Timmy's for a Extra Large Double Double :3

Coffee - FelixTM - 2009-03-28

I've never drank coffee or any variant of it before.

Honestly.

Bah here in my part of Miami, FL there is only one grocery store company (Publix) near my house and both of their stores have a low stock of Brazilian coffee, which sells out in the first four days and we dont get refills until the next month. >.>

Also, the local coffee shop is all Colombian coffee, darn Colombians... >.>

I dont intend to have that since I only drink coffee like five times a week, and not become a chronic caffeine addict. Also, I am more of a tea drinker than anything so I know how to drink at a reasonable temperature. Also, I hold the cup by the handle.

Coffee - Katie - 2009-03-28

I'm just wondering, but do you ever think before you type?

Peet's is 100x better than Starbucks. The only reason I even drink Starbucks is that I have to bike 25 minutes (that's going fast) to Peet's while I only need to bike 5 minutes to Starbucks.

This doesn't stop me from biking to Peet's though.

Coffee - Katie - 2009-03-28

Caribou coffee > everywhere.

End of story.

Coffee - Providence - 2009-03-28

Straight edge, foo'.

I think coffee's only fine when you're used to drinking it and develop a tolerance. Other than that, I dunno. I hear it's good for your heart.

Coffee - Melancholy - 2009-03-28

Hmmm. I just got an idea.
I'd drink the type of coffee with shitloads of caffeine... to swallow and wash down my caffeine pills!

Coffee - Baklava - 2009-03-29

Various coffees with a little bit of a caramel toffee creamer I discovered.

Certain coffees have an opposite effect on me and ends up making me really drowsy though, so I have like morning stuff and stuff that helps me sleep. lolo
